Shipping & Delivery
Everything about getting an order from us to your door: what shipping costs, how long it takes, how to track it, and what happens at customs. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse by registered international airmail — we are upfront about that, because it sets the right expectation on both time and customs.
Where we ship from
Orders are picked and packed in our warehouse, then carried by international airmail to your address. We tell you this for two reasons. First, it sets the right expectation on time: international airmail takes a genuine 9–11 business days in transit, plus 1–3 business days of handling before dispatch — not the two or three days a local warehouse would take. Second, it explains customs: parcels entering the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Canada, Australia or New Zealand may attract import duties or sales tax on arrival. That is normal for cross-border orders, and it is covered in full below.

The single-item rate covers registered airmail and is a flat fee — no weight surcharges, no remote-area surcharges and no handling fee added at checkout. The price you see in the cart is the price you pay for delivery.
Handling time
We pick, check and pack your order within 1–3 business days of your payment being confirmed. An order is created only once payment succeeds, so a declined card attempt leaves nothing pending and nothing to cancel.
During a new drop, a sale, or a national holiday, handling can take a day or two longer. If your order is affected we will tell you rather than leave you guessing.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery takes 9–11 business days to:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- Canada
- Australia
- New Zealand
- Most of Europe
Remote postcodes, island territories and some rural areas can take a few business days longer. If your address is in one of those areas and you need the parcel by a specific date, message us before ordering and we will give you a realistic estimate.
Every order ships as a registered packet, which is why we can track it and give you a reference if anything goes wrong.
Express shipping
Need it sooner? We can arrange faster options on some routes. Availability and price depend on the destination country, the weight of the order and the season, so we quote them per order rather than publishing a fixed rate that would be wrong half the time.

Tracking your order
Your tracking number appears in the dispatch email we send when the parcel leaves the warehouse. Track it at 17track.net, which covers most international carriers in one place.
A word of warning about international tracking. Between carrier handovers — when a parcel passes from one postal system to another — scans routinely go quiet for several days. A status that has not moved is far more often a scan gap than a lost parcel. Please do not worry, and please do not open a dispute, on day three of a pause.
If tracking has not moved for ten business days, contact us. At that point we will open a trace with the carrier on your behalf. We would much rather chase it than have you wonder.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders crossing a border may be subject to import duties or sales tax charged by your country’s customs authority. These are:
- set by your government, not by us — we have no control over the rate or the threshold;
- payable by the recipient, and collected by the carrier or the customs authority, usually before delivery;
- non-refundable — if you return an order, any duty or tax you paid on import is not something we can recover for you.
We cannot mark an order as a gift and we cannot under-declare its value. Both are customs fraud, and we will not do it, whatever the order. Please do not ask.
If a parcel is held at customs pending payment and you choose not to pay, the parcel will normally be returned to us or destroyed. In that case the order is not refundable, because the goods were shipped in good faith and the charge was a matter between you and your customs authority.
Getting the address right
Delivery times assume the address you enter at checkout is correct and complete. Please double-check:
- the house or unit number;
- the postcode / ZIP;
- the country;
- a phone number the carrier can actually reach you on.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, we can reship it once you cover the new shipping cost. We are not able to refund an order that was delivered to the address you supplied.
Bulk and wholesale shipping
We ship bulk and wholesale orders to freight forwarders, consolidation warehouses and third-party fulfilment addresses as well as to end customers. Enter the warehouse address at checkout, or send it to us with your order number and we will route the parcel accordingly.
Bulk pricing applies from a mixed cart of 10 pieces, and quoted rates are confirmed per order. Ask us about your destination and we will tell you honestly what the freight will cost.

Message us before you buy if your address is in a remote area, if you need the parcel by a specific date, or if you are unsure what your country will charge on import. Two minutes of questions is cheaper than a parcel you have to send back.
